You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Failed Generation Due to System Error: If video generation fails due to our technical issues, we will automatically refund the corresponding credits.
  • No-Questions-Asked Refund for Subscribers: If you are a subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription date.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you notice multiple charges for the same order, please contact us immediately and we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you notice charges on your account that were not authorized by you, please contact us immediately for investigation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refund:

  • Used credits (credits consumed for video generation are non-refundable)
  • Subscription refunds requested after 7 days from subscription
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Account suspension due to violation of Terms of Service

4. Refund Methods

Credit Refund: For credit purchases, refunds will be credited back to your account as credits, usually effective immediately after processing.

Cash Refund: If you need the refund to be returned to your original payment method, please contact us via email. Cash refunds may take 5-10 business days to reach your account.
